Like you, we daily need wisdom and love beyond our own capacities. Because of this we've found it important to set aside a few hours each week to worship God and learn from His Word. In our Sunday School and worship services both young and old learn principles for successful living, not just for Sunday but for everyday.

Our families have found that the old saying "The family that prays together stays together" is true. As we come together to worship God and learn from His Word, we develop a common bond. Father, mother, and children coming to church together are strengthened in their commitment to God and to each other. New answers to family needs are revealed as God's Word is taught.

Children
The goal of our Children’s Ministries is to supplement families in their attempt to build a spiritual foundation that in God’s timing will lead a child into a relationship with him through Jesus Christ. We desire to teach biblical truths in creative ways in large group settings and to model a loving biblical community through small groups as well.
Youth
Somerset's Church mission is to bring students to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and guide them into being fully devoted disciples. Whether a student is simply investigating Christianity or has decided to move deeper into their faith through study and discipleship, they’ll discover friendship and support here to help them with their spiritual development. Teenagers are important to us, and our team strives to provide events and programs that are creative and fun for young people, but have the goal of helping students know, love and follow Christ.
Adult
While having a wide variety of ministries and programs to meet the needs of many different people can be a good thing, we don’t believe that quantity alone is how we should measure our ministry. We believe the most important measure is that which Jesus himself taught us and is articulated in our values of Loving God and Others, Reaching the Lost, Growing and Maturing, and Serving God. Our adult ministries strive to equip and encourage believers in the lifelong disciple-building journey of pursuing the Christ-life.
